Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Check his blood pressure levels. If it is high then proper medication should be taken to control it. Do proper sleep hygiene. Always go to bed at same time. Avoid coffee or tea after 4 pm. Mostly problem will be with sleep initiation. Drugs like zolpidem will be helpful in such case.
Thanks.
