Suggest Treatment For Severe Itching On The Head And Dry Skin

mI m dealing with itching problems mainly on my head, forehead, eyebrows and ears, and sometimes all over my bomdy, for about a year. It s not dry skin, no food allergies (my doctor had me tested), no leaver or kidney problem, no dandruff, there is no rush or any symptoms other than itching. I already changed shampoo, body wash, lotion, loundry soap, etc. and nothing happened. My doctor has been treating me for allergy with over the counter band prescription drugs, but nothing is working. I already took Zyrtec, Allegra, Singulair, Claritin, some kind of injections, etc. No results. I decided to see a dermatologist; he said it is some kind of desorder that causes the brain to sand a wrong signal to the skin that something is happening there, when nothing is happening. In another words, miscommunication between the brain and the nervous system. He prescribed Zyrtec at bed time and Allegra in the morning for 4wks to shut down everything and correct the problem. I had it for 6wks and didn t work. I have been suspecting of everything, but so far I have no clue of what is causing this. Today something came to mind: I started to suspect of refrigerator odorless gas leaking. Why? Because this usually starts after I get at work. In my office I just have a computer, a book shelf, a mycroscope and a refrigerator. Could this be the problem?
