General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Generally, pain in the joints is caused by arthritis.
This can either be rheumatoid arthritis or osteoarthritis.
I suggest to evaluate through rheumatoid factor level to confimr the diagnosis.
Meanwhile, I suggest using painkillers such as Ibuprofen to relieve the pain.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
