Suggest Treatment For Severe Joint Pain

I have very bad joint pain that moves around. left shoulder than it can be right shoulder . can also go to my knees and wrist. it also was in my right foot and I could not walk on it. it went to the small of my back and I had to go er because I could not move it was the worst pain I have ever had. I have a lot of blood work done and everything comes back normal. I need help I have no life to speak of was in bed all day yesterday.

Hi.
I've gone through your query and I can understand your anxiety.

Migratory joints pain could be a result of auto immune / inflammatory condition like arthritis either osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis or hepatitis etc.

Also age, gender, weight should also be considered as it might increase the risk of arthritis.

I advice you to,
- Do blood RA factor , ESR, CRP.
- Analgesics like Tab. Ibuprofen or aceclofenac.
- keep Ice pack to relieve pain & swelling if any
- Intra-articular glucocorticoids injections can be given if the symptoms are not resolving after taking analgesics.
- Do regular exercises to have full range of movements.
- If chronic pain, short wave diathermy can be done.
