Suggest Treatment For Severe Joint Pains All Over Body
I have severe body and joint pain that came on rather suddenly. My wrists and ridgt knee act like I did major physical activity. I did nothing I can relate this pain to. I do suffer from migraines and there is pain across the shoulders which makes me head hurt.
You have been suffering from severe joint pains all over the body. Your wrists and knees are also at discomfort. You are suggested to get CBC, vitamin D, thyroid function tests- T3, T4, TSH, rheumatoid factor, antinuclear antibody tests done. Get clinically examined by a GP to confirm fibromyalgia or any other pathology causing you symptoms.
You will be treated accordingly with medicines and therapy (physical therapy, massage therapy, occupational therapy, counselling, etc.). You should get connected with a Physical therapist. Include anti inflammatory food in your regular diet. Stay away from addictions if any. To get rid of pain you can take acetaminophen or naproxen, one SOS when needed. Take home made balanced diet.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
