Suggest Treatment For Severe Low Back Pain
I am having severe low back pain and not able to get up from bed. Let me know how I should make myself prepared to get out of bed so that I can visit doctor for further checkup. I feel my severe pain is due to muscle spasm, as I had similar situation 6 months back when I got MRI checkup.report was positive that time.

You didn't mention what was found in your previous MRI .
I advise you to take Tab Zerodol-MR 2 times a day ( unless you have any known allergy to its contents ) . It will reduce the spasm so that you can Ambulate .
I hope you have not fallen ( as A fracture will not improve with this meds and trying to ambulate with a fracture spine can cause more problem ).
Also you can keep hot water compresses over your back .
Kindly revert back after your doctor's visit.
