In late August, I helped move a friend of mine who is in a wheelchair. I lifted the wheelchair in and out of my car many times as well as push her around while moving her. I m 76 years old. Since then, I ve had low back pain and I can pinpoint a couple of spots in the buttox area and hip area that are sore almost to touch. It almost feels like a nerve or muscle problem and goes down the inside/back of my leg into the knee area and sometimes below the knee. I had xrays taken and was told I have arthritis in my back and hip. However, I m sure that is not new and this all happened after lifting so much weight.
