General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As first-line management, you can take drugs like tranexamic acid to control bleeding.
If bleeding persist better to consult a gynecologist and get evaluated. In that case, you might require an ultrasound scan.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
