Suggest Treatment For Severe Migraine And Shoulder Pain

My habi having migraine headache since 5 Yrs . Last 4 months onwards its severe like nosia, vomiting ,eyes blurring (dots and colors infront of eyes), he had taken amitryptilin and one more for for3 months. Noe he is taking homiopthy medicine. Doctor told him if not reduced have to take CT brain contrast. Is it necessary? And he also have both shoulder pain is it related to that? AND what treatment should take?

You have migrain pain and you are already taking drugs fo migrain and still headach present....

Headach with nausea, vomiting and eye problem that one may be because of brain tumour or other condition.

MRI is helpful for further diagnosis.
Consent a neurologist for further diagnosis.
