Suggest Treatment For Severe Muscle Pain In Right Arm

I am right handed. In for the last month I ve been using my phone for internet access job searching approximately 6hrs daily. Noe my inner arm and lower arm is in constant pain in the muscles. How can i treat this? I have to use my right hand. Tried using my left. Takes muuuuch longer and now it s getting sore.

Being a right handed person you can not avoid doing work in right hand . Rather go for treat ment of myalgia .Take tablet combeflam and worm phomantion.
