Suggest Treatment For Severe Nausea

My email address is YYYY@YYYY . My question is I have been having an upset stomach off and on for about 4 mons, I m always nausea and just feeling bad from it whether I eat or not I ve been to the doctors and all they do is give me medicine that doesn t help I m tired of feeling this bad what should I do.

Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort. I have seen many cases with similar complaints. Please find my advice below-:

1)Check your body temp every 6 hours and record it.

2)Do a Stool exam to ruled out protozoa and metazoa infection

3)Do an abdominal ultrasound and clinical exam to ruled out appendicitis.

4)If you have alcohol habit check your Liver function tests
