Suggest Treatment For Severe Nerve Pain

85 years old and had a masecotomy 3 years ago on the right side. Have had some degree of nerve pain in the right breast area but in the last 24 hours has become severe. Ekg has eliminated heart problems. Chest xray indicates I may have some pneumonia in the right lung.
