Suggest Treatment For Severe One Sided Headache

Hi I frequently get severe one side headache starting around my eyes to the top of the head I must take 1.5gms of paracetomol at one time to get relief in one hour else it goes worst as if I can t bear and get sick of no paracetamol taken please advice could this migraine or something serious

Hi, one sided headache starting around the eyes and radiating to the head is present in many conditions.You have not clearly mentioned your age, associated symptoms, precipitating factors, sensitivity to light and associated visual distortions if any.
The various one sided headaches include
Tension headache
Cluster headache
sinus headache
Rebound headache
Migraine
Glaucoma
Refractive Error(less chances of severe headache)
But to get fully relieved you should be correctly diagnosed and need to see a Physician and an ophthalmologist soon because paracetamol in doses is also harmful to our body.
