Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain After Cortisone Shot

I just received a cortisone shot in my knee today. Whenever I get them, especially in my back I am in severe pain as I am now. My body feels like it is being twisted and pulled in pain. Anything I can do now or whenever I get these types of shots in the future?

I really appreciate your concern, it seems to be invasive procedure and it need to be avoided as long as it is possible but need to find out some alternative method of therapy instead of this hope this information concern.
