Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain Below The Rib Cage

thank you.. i am a 50 yr.old female, with no known health illnesses. this week i began having a sharp pain (that feels piercing as i were being stabbed by an ice pick) its contracting about 1 per hour. it last for approx., 20 seconds then ends but in between episodes i can feel that whatever causing this is still there.the pain is located on my right side, below my rib cage and slightly to the side of it.in between episodes when ever im sitting down it feelsas though the weight of my rib cage is causing pressure to that area. when im standing, it feels as if something thats not suppose to be there is there. ive been having alot of soft stool bowl movement and lost of appetite
