Hello,

Your pain seems to be Muscular in nature. The muscular chest pain increases with respiration and movement.

The other possibilities in such cases are gall bladder issues and right lung problems like Pleuritis and Pleural Effusion.

An Ultrasound Abdomen should be performed to rule out any Gall bladder issues in case of associated acidity, reflux and pain abdomen.

But if pain is just limited to the chest area, and increases on movement and respiration, it is probably due to Muscular pain.

For acute muscular pain I advise the following:

1. A combination of NSAID like Diclofenac and Thiocholchiside which acts as a pain killer and muscle relaxant.

2. To do hot fomentation of the affected area.

3. To apply gel containing Diclofenac locally, commonly available OTC as Volini.

Your pain should start getting better in 5 days if this is muscular. In case, it doesn’t you should get a Chest X-ray to rule out any evidence of Ribs fracture, Pleural Effusion along with an Ultrasound Abdomen to rule out any gall bladder issues.

This is my personal opinion based on the details available here. If you still have any other queries, you may please ask me. Stay Healthy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
