Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Hips

Hi Doctor, I have been have severe pain in my hips shooting down to my knee, stiffness, range of motion minimal and I can barely walk up the stairs. I was told I had Bercitis and I have been taking Ibuprofin. I was watching Mistery Diagnosis and I had the symtoms of the same disease called Nurophibonia Im not sure if the spelling is correct. It was described as a tumor (Hernia)on the Sciatic nerve located in the hip joint which can only be detected by a CT scan. How do I explain this to my doctor ? this pain is severe and I am trying to resolve every means that I can., Help!!!!
