Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Left Leg When Diagnosed With Plantar Fasciitis
My legs and feet have been hurting for quite sometime. I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis, and I am now wearing arch cushions in my shoes. My feet are not getting any better. My knees hurt. Today, I have getting a sharp pain in the side of my left leg (in the calf). The pain makes my leg buckle. The pain in my heels can be excruciating at times.
Hello dear Understand your concern. Your symptoms could be due to severe plantar fasciitis. It cause Pain in heel and in calf muscle It also associated with swelling and numbness Following are the risk factors: overweight, chronic standing, excessive exercise Consult the orthopedics surgeon and take proper treatment. Complete rest Keep your leg in warm water NSAIDS: ibuprufen Continue to Wear orthotic device for plantar fasciitis
If medicine will not respond then Shockwave therapy and Injection of steroids will useful
Still not respond and more than 6-8 months you should go for surgery. Hope this may help you
