General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to repetitive stress injury. Hot fomentations, applying gels containing NSAIDs like diclofenac or ketoprofen, methyl salicylate and capsaicin and taking NSAIDs like ibuprofen will be helpful. Take rest from hard physical activity for 5 days. Avoid bending forward and lifting heavy weights. If there is no improvement then consult an orthopedician to rule out problems with spine. In such case physiotherapy and muscle relaxants and neurotropic drugs will be needed.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
