Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Rib Cage Post Injury

I recently took a hard fall on my right side, went to ER and they found no ribs damaged and put down muscle contusions. Pain meds and muscle relaxers prescribed. After a week the pain in there though much less, but it feels like an organ under my right rib cage is touching something or has come loose and when I lay in my side it s like I m pressing on it with my ribs.

Thank for the question and concern
Yes it's posible to havepain after injury to the rib cage.
The fact is that there was not fracture but injury to the to be and muscle around there. Normally these injuries takes very long time to heal. So the first thing is give it time.
All the time its necessary to recheck a test if the symptoms persists
Medical exam by a doctor for the type of pain and radiation is important.
1 Any other recheck x Ray is necessary
2. Stronger pain killers are very important
3. Muscle relaxant
Consult chest physicial for more information on the pain
