Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Right Side Causing Burning Sensation And Numbness

I cant afford insurance,and i cant get a refill on my medications unless i pay himMy pain specialist. 526 every 3 months just to talk to him to get them filled. I am on Tramadol 50 Mg, 2 tablets every 6 hours as needed for pain and Gabapentin 300 mg 2 times a day. This is all for 2 bulging disc in my neck ( c-6 and c-7 ) that are pushing on nerves in my right side causing severe pain. Such as burning sensation, numbness, loss of function in my right side Terrible muscle spasms, and much more. Tried the shots and it worked for 2 months. At this point i really need some helpful advice on what is equivilent to the to meds i take cause i cant get a normal doctor in my town to fill my medications. I still work and cant afford the surgery he wants me to do as well. SO i am begging for you help please

IN the given situation of Yours, seem to suffer from-Cervical PID at C-6 and C-7 vertebrae.

Check with Physician and Ortho-Surgeon,to treat it with medicines and to plan further treatment with RF ablation or with Laser ablation of the PID at C-6 and C-7 levels.

Do's and Remedy-
Be with Orthopedic Surgeon Cover.
Cervical Collar Support
Physiotherapy to Strengthen-Neck Muscles
Steroid Injections to treat compressed nerve roots.
Pain killers and Hot fomentation- with infra red light.
Planned decompression-endoscopic-for permanent solution.

Check with Orthopedic Surgeon and get temporary medicinal treatment and plan for permanent treatment accordingly.
Other causes-needs to be ruled out proper investigations and check ups with Orthopedic Surgeon / NeuroSurgeon.

This plan would reduce your dilemma in treatment of severe pains and numbness in right side of neck.
