Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Wrist After Injury In Child

hi my son is 7 yrs old. Earlier today he fell off his bunk bed and landed on his wrist. He was crying and screaming of how much pain he had. I took a look but it seemed fine he was able to move it. Then the pain went away so i though maybe he just sprained it a little. He fell asleep but two hours later he woke up crying of the pain he was having. Im not sure what to do. Should i go to the ER??

I really appreciate your concern, the first and important is to rule out the fracture part of wrist bone and for that you need to get done the x-ray study of injured part along with the orthopedic opinion, you can even see the ER, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
