Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain Under The Shoulder Blade While Having Pancreatitis
I have had pancreatitis 15 + years ago. I have severe pain under my left shoulder blade and I think I have been taking way to much Tylenol. Now my middle back( Kidneys?) and abdomen hurts like it did when I had pancreatitis. could I have damaged it again with all the Tylenol? If I stop taking Tylenol will it get better?

As first-line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopaedician and plan for an MRI scan.
