Pressure sores since childhood should be evaluated in detail because the causes can be many and treatment varies accordingly.Hence I would advise you to consult a specialist- surgeon. Even to give you primary guidance I would need details like site of the sores, the healing pattern, associated pain and discharge. So please clarify these points. As first line of management- keep the area clean, avoid continued friction at the site,provide necessary dressings. Hope I have been of help.
