Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Pain in your shoulder may be caused by the underlying arthritis/
rotator cuff disease or may be due to the shoulder
bone pain post
fracture. However, many treatment options exist for such pains like different lines of pain drugs depending on pain intensity, myorelaxants, steroid shots occasionally/infiltration,
physiotherapy, and surgery in some cases.
I will advise you try the following:
• Continue with Tylenol for pain.
• Add a myorelaxant like Miorel.
•
Shoulder massage with a pain gel like Voltaren.
If pains persist, you see the doctor for examination and other treatment options.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Mbuomboh Veranso
