Suggest Treatment For Severe Skin Infection With Dizziness, Fatigue And Constipation

This is my last resort, please help my fiancé and myself finally find a diagnosis for the terrible sickness that has been plaguing us for almost two whole years. Our symptoms include, but are not restricted to; Severe skin rashes, lesions and bites(caused by what seems to be an invisible bug) I swear. Fever, irritability, skin discoloration, texture, thick hairs, fibers, white worms, burrowing bugs with back ends out, skin crawling sensations, psoriasis like symptoms, fatigue and dizzy spells, decreased appetite with unexplained weight-gain, unexplainable moles, freckles, skin tags(appear to move and come and or go as they/it pleases) pimples, boils, abscess,in grown hairs( once picked, plopped or plucked) white worms seem to fight for their previously unmolested homes in our skin. Note: I m 31, white, female, with serious dental issues that need immediate attention, slightly anemic, with current drug use on the daily (crystal meth). Also using Xanax( prescribed to me), And in an outpatient methadone treatment facility. Daily chores, actions, and activities once loved... Are a thing of the past. Chronic fatigue and gradually growing extreme sexual appetites combined with these inexplicable scalp crusts, itching, stings, movement, hair loss, constipation, depression, watery, red, dry, painful eyes, etc. PLEASE DONT JUDGE!!!
