Suggest Treatment For Severe Swollen Bruising In Upper Inner Leg

Severe Injury to upper inside leg area which has caused a huge purple, very swollen, very hard bruising approximately 12 inches round. He is on warfarin so bleeds easy. It happened this afternoon and he is in quite a lot of pain. We are not near a hospital but wonder if we should drive to one or fly out to one. Can you help us to decide if this is serious. Thank you

For severe swollen bruising in upper inner thigh after an injury you can take some antibiotic preferably cefadroxyl or moxikind-cv after an expert opinion along with ibugesic-plus or meftal-plus for swelling, pain and inflammation. He can use thrombophob ointment for local application. Do hot fomentation over the same to reduce inflammation and bruising.
