Suggest Treatment For Severe Uterus Infection

Hello doctors,I am diagnosed with severe uterus infection and today i have been injected with placentrex 2 ml injection.After administering the injection a few minutes ago I started feeling severe pain in abdomen area.Is this associated with the injection?
