Suggest Treatment For Severe Wrist Pain Post A Cortisone Shot

i recently had a cortisone shot in my wrist to treat tendinitis. Symptoms at the time were also joint pain. I was checked for arthritis and lyme's disease. both negative. the shot helped and other symptoms gradually got better. Now both wrists have had relatively severe pain over the past week along with joint and back pain (upper). Also very fatigued.
