Suggest Treatment For Sharp Chest Pain

I have been having some strange symptoms for the last several months. Today, while sitting at my computer at work, i started getting sharp chest pain like some stabbing me with one needle just below the collar bone on my left side. At the same time, I felt an intense pressure in my neck area, just below my jaw bone on the same side. My shoulder also is a strange numb sensation, almost like i just got done working out really hard. And my left ear is red and hot to the touch. This is new to happen at the same time.



I have been feeling the insense needle prick sensation for a while now. When I dont feel that, it feels like something is scrapping along the inside of my chest. I cant tell if it is lungs or the actual bones. It almost takes my breath away sometimes.



I did drink coffee today but have before and not had this issue. I am wondering if this is my heart? Lungs? like an infection? Or ear infection? All of which is new to me.



Please help!
