Suggest Treatment For Sharp Pain Abdomen And Lower Back
I am due my period next week and I am experiencign shap pain in my lower left abdomen and in my lower back. I was recently diagnosed with ibs also i have hypophosphatemia (kidney issues) do you think this is just my period or do you think i need to see a gp asap

You are suffering from ibs and now u are having pain in abdomen with low back pain which I think needs consultation. Monthly cycle pain usually starts a day before or on the day of menses not a week before as you mentioned. Your abdominal pain might be related to ibs but back pain is not. So I would advice visit expert asap. All the best. .
