have a Catheterisation Report in 2010 of a single vessel coronary disease.
Dr has prescribed digoxin evening and metoprolol twice a day, unfortunately it has lowered B/P and have Dr has stoped metoprolol.
Now B/P is ok but the pulse is irregular, latest reading 108/63 Pulse 117.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
My initial perception is that since you have been diagnosed with a single vessel CAD , its human nature to attribute everything to it. Fatigue and shortness of breath can also be due to the changing weather or anemia . I would advise you to start a moderate exercise program under supervision and also get your hemoglobin/RBC profile tests done. after that we can plan your treatment.

Thank you for your query and please get back to me if you need further clarifications.
