Suggest Treatment For Shortness Of Breath And Severe Fatigue

I have type 2 but seem to be having issues lately that seem more severe. I have been getting periodic shortness of breath and severe chest pains simultaneously along with much more severe fatigue. I have been to the cardiologist and the pulmonologist that both say I have no issues from there perspective. I have a feeling that the pills I am taking are not controlling the spikes.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

Your work up done in following ways
-Auscultation
-Chest x ray
-HB estimation
-EKG

If anemia present than it might lead such symptoms... So treated with iron tablets

Second here if any specific cardiac cause present than specific treatment accordingly can be given

If you have not at all any organic cause present as per your doctor than stress history should elicited as anxiety induced panicity can lead dyspnea..

Take care

Consult pulmonologoist for all above work up and further case discussion
