Suggest Treatment For Significant Inflammatory Tissue Reaction In Both Adnexae And Mild Fluid Collection In The POD
There s solitary cystic mass with echogenic internal material in the right adnexium, having dimension of 2.6cm x 3.0cm .the left adnexium is free with normal left ovary. Adnexae/ P.O.D. there s a significant inflammatory tissue reaction in both adnexae as well as in the pouch of Douglas causing poor interface between the pelvic organs. There s mild fluid collection in the pouch of Douglas. No pelvic mass.

The pelvic ultrasound report shows presence of ovarian cyst along with fluid in pouch of Doughlas. Presence of fluid in pouch of Doughlas is an evidence of ovulation.
