Suggest Treatment For Silent Reflux

I .have been told I have silent reflux What can I do when I wake from sleep coughing, choking and not breathing Frantic I found myself jumping up and down and then pinched my nose shut and then miraculously I could breathe. Thoughts of cutting my throat opened came to me but I didn t have the ability to move. I thought I would pass out and die right there. What can I do if this happens again?

For patients with reflux, here are a few useful tips:

-take your meals at proper times.
-take small frequent meals instead of large meals
- do not lie down immediately after ure meal
-avoid fatty foods, chocolate, peppermint, caffeine and fizzy drinks
- Go to bed two hours after you've had dinner
- take up walking regularly
-prop up the head end of ure bed, so that when u lie down, your at an approximate angle of 30 degrees...try putting bricks under the head end of your bed.

Hopefully...these simple tips would do wonders for you....Goodluck...!
