Suggest Treatment For Sinal Disc Herniation

Hi, I've been suffering from a herniated disc in my lower lumbar since july 2013, the bulge is slightly compressing on the L5 left nerve and irritating it. Along side some chronic back pain I have sciatica down the left side of my body, a constant tremor in the right leg, terrible groin and hip numbness countered by pain occasionally, incontinence and daily seizures. They will not entertain the idea of cauda equina although I have been catheterized more than once due to water retention. I have been in hospital for a few weeks and my Neuro team are really failing me right now. Please could you help me make some sense of whats going on and why as this is affecting my life dramatically, I am only 21yrs old. Thanks in advance!
