I'm 18 im 5'8" i weight 114-115 pounds i smoke but i stopped just recently i have a sinus arrhythmia or a possible PVC. Ive experienced a lot of lightheaded and dizziness feelings and i also feel like my heart flutters, skips, and pauses i have some chest pains when i breath in sometimes and i also have light pressure on my chest every now and then or it just might be in my head because my shirts feel constricting and i also feel a tingling in the left half of my body. i just want this to stop it's driving me crazy i can barely sleep at night and im always usually tired. Ive gone to my doctor but they said its just a normal sinus arrhythmia but im not sure.
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Looking at your symptoms ,it seems to be related to your arrthymias. Smoking is one of the causes for this . Firstly you should quit smoke immediately . Your doctor can give you some cardiac medications to slow down your heart rate and thereby controlling your symptoms.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
