Suggest Treatment For Sinus Headache And Pressure Behind The Eyes

I have had excess fluid and pressure behind my right eye for many years. I have had a cyst removed from my right maxillary sinus, balloon sinuplasty, deviated septum correction and now a CT scan. I also had migraine headaches and allergies for years. I still have pain that is unexplainable. I take an allergy and sinus spray daily. Do you have any idea where the pain could be coming from?

There could be many causes of pain....may be due to incomplete drainage of the maxillary sinus leading to chronic sinusitis, maybe due to migraine attack
