I have a pus pocket scab looking thing with a bump inside my left nostril. body aches and low grade that fever broke Tuesday night after waking to shivering cold sweat. The next morning it felt like Someone broke a 2x4 over my back. Help! Constant head ache above eye and temples.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to a sinus infection.
I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the inflammation.
I also suggest using a saline nasal spray for local application.
I recommend to drink liquids and rest.
If the symptoms continue, you should consult your doctor for further evaluation.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
