Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection

I am 66yrs old female, I had taken antibotics for sinus infection for a week, but I am still feeling crappy. My stomach is quezzy , I have no appetite, in the evening, I usually get a low grade fever and am freezing. I take a Prilosec already, and no matter what I drink, or eat, my stomach gets upset. This has been going on for over a week now. Sorry, I did not know I would have to pay for some advice. Sorry to of bothered you.
