As per your complain in case if your husband has a sinus infection then it needs to be treated with antibiotics like levofloxacin or cephalexin,take anti-inflammatory painkiller like Naproxen or Ibuprofen, take anti-emetic [to relieve vomiting] like Domperidone, tylenol can be taken to reduce fever,do steam inhalations, warm saline gargles and use a humidifier in his room.. If there is congestion decongestant nasal sprays like Phenylephrine can help.. Do saline nasal irrigations and use a steroid nasal spray.
