Suggest Treatment For Sinus Tachycardia With Edema

My mother is currently in the hospital for sinus tachycardia, fatigue, increased edema. Her face is also flushed in the butterfly pattern as you see in Lupus. She had back surgery 2 and a half weeks ago, followed by another hospitalization for a severe hematoma and increased pain. She has seen a cardiologist and he says there is nothing wrong with her heart at all. The hospital is not being very aggressive. My mother is beginning to get more frustrated and upset. She is sleeping very little. I d be glad of any ideas you might could give me. My mother is 52, wt 203, and is 5ft 7in
