Suggest Treatment For Sinusitis With Pain In Face
Hello doctor ( I hope there are real doctors sitting out there ) , I got very severe sinusitis problem since two days and today since morning I'm have lot of pain near my nose, eyebrows , cheek bones. And my forehead is also aching. I took a Dolo 650 just now. Please help.

Hi,
Sinusitis is a condition when the inflammation of common cold is extended to sinuses( boney cavities suroundind nose/above eye brows/cheek bones).
Usually such condition is treated by anti allergic+ decongestant & analgesic pills ( Cynaryl) along with antibiotic ( Azithromycin) if there is added infection &Vitamin B ,Vitamin C.
Vapor inhalation helps healing.
It's better to consult an ENT specialist & start with a specific advise given.
