I am a 28yo male, excellent condition --except - having difficulty with a potential sleep apnea. Tongue exercises improve symptoms and drinking milk relieves my sore throat. I have had bouts of a hypoxic feeling and have had associated headaches. I m wondering if CPAP and sleep studies are the solution or there is something i m missing.
Dear sir CPAP will help you to recover from sleep apnea. Reduce body weight and abdominal girth. CPAP is the best way to deal sleep apnea. Routine sleep studies will help to find out quality of sleep and to monitor proper positive pressure of your cpap machine. hope my answer helped you Regards
