Suggest Treatment For Sleep Disorder

i think i have dsps. i just heard about this condition. ive been having sleep problems exactly like the described symptoms. my doctor put me on temazapam a few months ago and told me that that should reset my circadian rhythm, but i just slip back into the pattern of not sleeping till 5 am then feeling tired when i wake up around noon. i just want to know if i have this because at least then i could do something about it. it affects my schoolwork, job, and social life, and my parents just think im lazy. any help for me?

dsps is a circadian cycle problem. it means your sleep wake cycle doesnt match in timing with external time zone. you fall asleep late. to correct this problem there are variety of sleeping aids like benzodiazepines the one you taking, melatonin which is natural hormone And it correct cricadian rhythm, you can also try some sleep hygiene measures like fix your wake up time , dont take naps in afternoon, dont take tea coffee specialy in evening hours, dont eat ,read on your bed,of cant fall asleep dont keep lying on bed instead get up go to living room and read a book after sitting on chair, go back to bed only when you fafeel sleepy
