hi, ive been having problems sleeping and i don't know why, i wake up during the night after about 2 hours sleep and thats me i can't get back to sleep. this has happened for roughly 2 weeks. and now im getting really tired and grumpy during the day. help.

there are two ways to treat sleep dist
1st is drug therapy
drud like zolpidame , clonazepam,lorazepam is useful
2nd is psychological treatment that include sleep hygiene therapy
u have to follow sleep hygiene
that are following
fix sleep schedule and stick on it
avoid daytime nap
avoid alcohol
avoid tea coffe soft drinks 3 hour before sleep
regular exercise that makes u fatigue
meditation to reduce stress
light food in dinner
light music while u sleep
use bed only when u feel sleepy
cool and calm bed room
avoid any worries and dont think much in bed if they are than write it down think ab it tomorrow
