I have noted your symptoms. We need to exclude other neurological diseases in your case. This is because
sleep paralysis occurs during sleep, however, in your case, symptoms are occurring when you are aware.
The most important condition to exclude would be transient ischemic attacks due to lack of blood flow to brain.
Other condition to exclude would be hereditary liability to
pressure palsies, where the nerves are sensitive to mechanical compression.
