i am 50 yrs old . i had cancer in ovaries. i have got them removed. i have taken 1 dose of chemo therapy.but now iam suffering with another problem. i have have pain in my abdomen and have frequent solid motions.please help me i am in great pain . my

I really appreciate your concern, intestinal infection needs to be ruled out second if it is the history of malignancy then better to see the secondary lesion in intestine such symptoms with the history of malignancy demands the great care, abdomen pain can be managed with antispasmodic but important is underlying cause of pain and it has to be ruled out for pathological changes hope this information helps.
