Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Probably you are suffering from infection of upper respiratory tract or there may be some allergic conditions. General advise:
1. Avoid and protect from allergens and allergic conditions
2. Follow stuck oral and food hygiene.
3. Use face mask
4. Avoid esp chilled foods and beverages
5. Abstain from tobaco and / or alcohol if any.
Next step for you is to consult online with an ENT doctor.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Himanshu Dhanak, Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist
