Suggest Treatment For Sore Skin On Ankle

Hi, I have a question here. about 6 months ago i started to have sore skin on one ankle, it lasted a few days and went away, then a month later it came back. Then it came on my right arm under the pit, just sore skin for a few days and went away. Last week it started on my left foot on top of the toes then radiated to the shin pad and ten all along the side of the leg and under my lap, just so sore the the touch, but then went away, what is that?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
welcome to the HCM.
Dear it could be either parasitic or fungal or bacterial infection.I would like to suggest to get checked by a doctor in person or you may upload pics here too.So it can be treated accordingly.Since either type of infection can not be treated by one antibiotic .Different type of infection is treated differently.
Wish you best of health.
Regards.
